What we collect
Through the application form we collect: brand or company name, contact name, email address, WhatsApp number, product category, monthly sales range in Mexico, gross margin range, current US presence, ability to supply inventory, which offer interests you, and optionally your website and a free-text message.
For technical and security reasons we also record the IP address, browser user agent, originating page URL and request referrer.
What we use it for
We use this data solely to evaluate your brand against our program criteria, to contact you about your application, and to prevent form abuse. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
Retention
We retain applications for as long as a commercial relationship or a prospective commercial relationship exists, plus any additional period required by applicable law. You may request deletion at any time.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no analytics cookies until you expressly accept them in the cookie notice. If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to understand how brands reach FEROZ and to measure advertising effectiveness. If you decline, the site works exactly as normal.
Your choice is stored in your browser local storage. You can change it by clearing site data in your browser.
Processors and transfers
We host the site and the application database on our own infrastructure. New-application notifications are sent by email through our mail provider. If you accept analytics cookies, Google acts as processor for that data.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or objection to the processing of your data, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Message us on WhatsApp at the numbers above and we will handle your request.

We may update this notice. The current version is always published on this page with its update date.
