Nature of this site
This site is informational material published by Feroz Harvest International LLC. Nothing here constitutes a binding offer, a contract, or legal, tax, customs or regulatory advice.
Applications and selection
Submitting an application to the FEROZ Growth Partner Program does not guarantee acceptance. We review a limited number of brands per month and accept fewer than 20% of brands that apply. The decision to accept, waitlist, or route a brand to another service is at the discretion of FEROZ.
Commercial terms
The economics described on this site — consignment, monthly base fee, percentage of net sales, optional setup fee and fixed Customs & Compliance fees — describe the model. The terms that apply to any given brand are defined exclusively in the signed agreement between the parties, which prevails over anything on this site.
Regulatory compliance
FEROZ acts as importer of record and US agent within the contracted scope. The brand is responsible for the accuracy and sufficiency of the technical, ingredient and formulation information it provides, and for the quality and legality of the product it supplies.
Intellectual property
The FEROZ name, the Feroz Harvest logo, and the copy and design of this site are the property of Feroz Harvest International LLC. Third-party marks referenced — Amazon, Walmart, Shopify and others — belong to their respective owners and are cited for description only. FEROZ is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, FEROZ is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site or the information published on it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without prejudice to any rights granted to consumers under Mexican law.
